Props and some heads up.....

I hope you enjoyed Dj Prestige's Ease Back Guest Mix yesterday. I certainly did and I hope we can organise some more input from Fleamarket Funk in the future.

Saturday was another great night at The Brown Sugar Bar. Thanks to everyone that made it down. DJ Blueprint from Thisistomorrow joined us and he dropped a great selection of Funk and Soul 45's and certainly showed us how to get things going with style! If you get an oportunity to catch him DJing in the future don't miss out. Blueprint is also in the process of putting together a new guest mix for us, so keep an ear to the ground for that one!

This week you get not one but two great guest mixes. Never let it be said we don't spoil you here at The Hook And Sling! We're doing a little 'Soul Exchange' with Fufu Stew. This Friday, Vincent The Soul Chef will be dropping his 'FuFu Stew's Bakers Dozen Mix' here on these very pages, while I head over there with my new 'School's In Session Mix' It's going to make great listening for the weekend, so don't miss it!

See you back here then!
